Orders must be made minimum two (2) days in advance.
For Johor Bahru orders, we will deliver on the 3rd day.
For other areas (except for Ipoh), we will deliver on Saturday.
For Ipoh, we will deliver once a month.
We will message you to confirm your delivery details via whatsapp. Alternatively you can reach out to us if you have concerns.
There may be slight time delays during festive seasons, public holidays or unforeseen delivery circumstances e.g. vehicle breakdown.

During checkout, there is option for you to use a different delivery address.
You must contact our customer service immediately if you made an error in your delivery/mailing address.
However, if your order is sent out in transit already, we will not be able to accept any changes on the delivery address.
Unfortunately, no refunds or cancellations are allowed after the payment has been made.
Our drivers will contact you to make alternative arrangements if no person is receiving your package at your delivery address.
